Everest base camp trek is one of the most adventurous and famous challenging trek in Khumbu, Nepal. The Everest region (Khumbu) is one of the most popular destinations for tourists. . When to go: The best season for trekking are dry and warm seasons, March-June and September-November. During these times the climate and temperature is suitable and clear for better experience.
. Necessary Gears and Essentials: The main required essential gears are comfortable hiking boots, sleeping bags, and few changes of clothes for changeable temperatures. For cold weather, hiking pants, thermals, gloves, a warm inner jacket and a windproof / waterproof jacket are essential. Likewise, some other necessary equipment is hiking stick, waterproof cases, bandages, a headlamps, water purification supplies and cameras.

. Experiences: For trekking peaks, summiting and climbing a mountain of 5,650-6,500meters, it is important to have some climbing experience. Few experiences and habituate of climbing is necessary for those high altitudes trekking.

So for stable, safe and good health, eat the local vegetarian foods (rice with paddy soup) which are high source of protein and energy. As they local have a saying; ‘Daal Vaat Power, remain 24 hour’’.
