But you will be required to submit the following documents in addition to the visa-related documents:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Vaccination Certificate<\/li><li>Visitors must complete the online form available at <a href=\"https:\/\/ccmc.gov.np\/arms\/person_add_en.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/ccmc.gov.np\/arms\/person add en.php<\/a> and hand in a printed copy at the airport. The form is used for contact tracing should there be any need.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Documents_Required_For_Partially_Vaccinated_Un_Vaccinated_Travelers\"><\/span><strong>Documents Required For  Partially Vaccinated\/ Un Vaccinated Travelers<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>A PCR negative report has taken 72 hours before boarding is all that is required for unvaccinated and partially vaccinated travelers.
